Fan Made Characters

They are characters that are made up by users or fans that may be used in the Disney War. However these characters have never appeared in any theme park rides, movies, video games or even tv shows. We can pick a fan made character or make up one, however if a fan made character is finally being adapted by Disney then wewould have no cchoice but to get them out of the fan made category.
